The Dashboard is SCADA’s central home screen. It provides an instant overview of your archive and collection while serving as a starting point for many common workflows.
Most dashboard widgets are interactive and can be used as shortcuts to other areas of the application.
Statistics Cards
At the top of the Dashboard, you’ll find several statistic cards displaying key information about your archive.
Total
Shows the total number of comics in your Archive, along with the number of comics added during the current month.
Clicking the card opens the Archive.
Variants
Displays the total number of comic variants stored in your Archive.
Click the card to open the Archive with the Variants filter already applied.
Relics
Shows the number of comics currently marked as Relics.
Clicking the card opens the Archive filtered to display only Relics.
Collection Progress
The Collection Progress card shows how complete your collection is.
It compares every comic stored in your Archive with the comics that are actually part of your Collection.
Example
- Archive: 150 comics
- Collection: 132 comics
Collection Progress: 132 / 150 = 88%
This allows you to see your overall collecting progress at a glance.
Recently Added Comics
This section displays the most recently added comics in your Archive.
To keep the layout clean, the following rules apply:
- Only comics with a cover image are displayed.
- A maximum of five comics are shown.
- The list is based on the Archive, not your Collection.
Click any cover to open the comic’s detail view.
Series in Collection
This widget displays every series that contains at least one comic in your Collection.
For each series, SCADA shows:
- Number of collected issues
- Total known issues
- Collection progress
Examples
- Spider-Man Noir — 4 of 4 issues (100%)
- The Amazing Spider-Man — 245 of 965 issues
Click a series to open the Archive with the corresponding series filter applied.
Note: The total number of issues is defined in the Series metadata. Accurate series progress depends on this information.
Wanted Comics
The Wanted Comics widget lists every comic with the Wanted collection status.
Once a comic is acquired and its status is changed to Collected, it is automatically removed from the list.
This makes the widget an ideal wish list when visiting comic shops or conventions.
Boxes
SCADA supports the management of comic storage boxes.
Each box can store information such as:
- Name
- Maximum capacity
- Assigned comics
The Dashboard also displays:
- Total storage capacity
- Used capacity
- Available space
Click a box to view all comics assigned to it.
Quick Navigation
Many Dashboard widgets also serve as shortcuts to frequently used areas of SCADA.
With a single click, you can quickly navigate to:
- Archive
- Variants
- Relics
- Series
- Boxes
- Comic Details
This allows you to access important information without navigating through multiple menus.
Summary
The Dashboard is designed to provide a compact overview of your archive and collection while giving you quick access to the areas you use most.
Whether you want to monitor your collecting progress, review recently added comics, manage storage boxes, or continue working on your collection, the Dashboard is intended to be your primary starting point within SCADA.
